I received a Warrant In Debt in regards to my account; do I
have to go to court to pay this?
No, as long as you contact the office prior to the court date
and make arrangements for repayment, it will not be necessary to
appear in court.
Why did it take so long for you to contact me in reference to
my account?
Often times, many individuals fail to contact their creditors
when they make changes to their contact information (Change of
Address, Telephone number, etc). We have a large number of “skip
tracing” tools available to us that allow us to attempt to
correct your contact information.

I need to increase my credit score,
will paying this help?
Each individuals credit report is different and each credit
report facility examines varying factors to determine your
individual credit score. In general, many factors that bring
your credit score down are related directly to delinquent
repayment of debts. You should contact your credit-reporting
agency directly for a better understanding of your situation and
what steps you can take to improve it.
